Information on this Site is general

The content on this Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace an assessment by a physician. Visiting the Site, submitting a form or sending us a message does not create a patient-physician relationship. That relationship begins only when you are assessed by Dr. Hayward.

If you think you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. If a lump, mole or skin growth is changing quickly, bleeding or becoming painful, please seek medical assessment promptly.

Consultation requests and online booking

• Submitting a request form asks us to contact you. It does not guarantee an appointment.
• Some concerns are eligible for online booking and others are not. Eligibility is determined from the information you provide.
• A credit card authorization may be required to hold an appointment time. Details are shown at the time of booking.
• Booking links we send you may be updated, replaced or retired when our booking calendar changes. If a link no longer works, please call us at 905-898-1814.
• Fees for procedures are discussed at your consultation, before any procedure is performed. Prices quoted on the Site are “starting at” amounts and are not final quotes.
• Whether a procedure is covered by OHIP is determined by Dr. Hayward at your assessment.

Text message terms

By ticking the text-message box on our request form and giving us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Dr. Hayward’s office about your consultation request, such as booking links, booking reminders and notices about our booking calendar.

• Who sends the messages: PSSC Plastic Surgery Skin Clinic, operated by Victoria Hayward Medicine Professional Corporation.
• Frequency: message frequency varies and is tied to your request, typically 1 to 4 messages.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. You may get one final message confirming that you have opted out.
• Help: reply HELP or call 905-898-1814.
• Not a condition of care: you do not need to agree to text messages to receive care.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: how we handle your phone number and other information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to give accurate information in our forms. Please do not submit anything harmful, unlawful or that belongs to someone else.

Our content
